I went to see Mando Diao, but I ended up in love with Liverpool's Pop Levi instead. He dances around like a robot and his live show is much better than what they've recorded in the studio.

I was also quite happy to find out that Pop Levi used to be in a band called Super Numeri, and they've released records under one of my favorite labels: Ninja Tunes!

If you bought Ladytron's Softcore Jukebox, he's one of the artists that they've picked to be on the compilation (maybe it helped that he also plays bass for them).

Pop Levi's band was pretty much non-movement. The drummer was excellent and sweat a lot, but the bassist and rhythem guitarist basically just stood still the whole time. They were a bit funny lookin'. I'll include a drawing of them because I actually forgot my camera :/ and at least the two of you actually enjoy seeing them:
