New Bands: Alberteen, Plans & Apologies, Witness, Beast From Sea, and Penny Broadhurst

Aaaagh! Love, love, love that Penny Broadhurst tune, but I can't cope with paying £4 and waiting for an EP to come from England. That's like $4 a song, isn't it? MUST GET HER TO SIGN UP FOR DOWNLOAD SERVICE!
that live journal song is really cute :)

I'm glad you like it, but:

1) $2 a song for a hard copy including artwork and postage, the exchange rate is bad, but not that bad. Plus it would only take a week to arrive.
2) Chemist Goods is up for free download on Vox, Myspace and Last.fm and a number of other places, and has been for a while, so if you want that song, it's easy to get it.
3) There's no way I'm putting the EP on iTunes or similar as it's a demo. When the album's finished, the songs that I do decide to keep will sound different and I won't be self-releasing it anyway.
1). My bad. Me and exchange rates aren't natural friends.

2). If I hadn't already downloaded "Chemist Goods" it wouldn't be worming its way into my brain and tormenting me like this!

3). A boy can hope, can't he? Anyway, I suspect that if I hear it again before it I've already spent all my money on bills, I am going to have no choice but to place an order. I'm just barely holding out as it is.
